Themes and Variations by Alan Clements
Thursday 24th November – Wednesday 21st December 2016
Greenfield Arts invites you and the public to the preview of our latest exhibition by Alan Clements on Wednesday 23rd November 6pm to 8pm.
Since discovering digital photography, Alan takes his camera everywhere — from Death Valley to Tokyo. This exhibition has two broad themes — the human face and textures. Faces appear in many variations from the steampunk in Whitby to the courtesan in her gown in Venice. Textures range from patterns made by rivers photographed from 3,000 feet, to the crumbling ochre-shaded walls of Venice.
Alan will be in attendance at the preview event to help provide insight into his work and practice, with artworks for sale throughout the exhibition. For more information, check out the website or speak with one of our lovely team members on 01325 379048 or email@example.com.
Don’t miss your last chance to see ‘The Shapes of Cornish’ exhibition open until 9th November 2016, including previously unseen works and the Tyne Tees TV documentary ‘The Shapes of Cornish’ from the early 1970s (30mins).
