Over the past 3 months over 200 Greenfield students have been involved in preparations for “Cutting Loose,” a project which is being managed and developed by Greenfield Community & Arts Centre.
Youth Challenge and Technology students have played a vital part in the running of the Cutting Loose shop, working there each week and providing products for sale. A group of Year 7 students and a group of year 9 dance students will be a part of the carnival celebration on Thursday 12th July.
We are really proud of all the Greenfield students who have been involved in Cutting Loose, and we hope that all of Greenfield will turn out on Thursday 12th July, 6pm at Westpark, Boating Lake in Newton Aycliffe to support them and celebrate their achievements, and those of all the other local schools involved.
Cutting Loose is a carnival celebration of live music, dance and costume. For more information, and to enter our draw to win an ipad, visit www.greenfield-arts.co.uk.
