In order to better help staff with IT related issues we have moved to a ticket based system, rather than the forum on Moodle.

This system will allow you to keep track of any issues you may have and you will receive instant notifications when there is action on a ticket, whether that be a fix or information on how long it will take to solve.

There is also a Knowledge base which will be updated to make it easier for you to find fixes to your problems without having to raise a ticket.
